With over 18 years of experience in China and 12 years in Nepal, he has work with prestigious international hotel brands including Wyndham, Shangri-La, Sheraton, Westin, InterContinental, Hilton, Marriott, and JW Marriott. His career highlights his versatility and exceptional skill in both culinary arts and high-level food and beverage operations, showcasing a comprehensive understanding of the hospitality sector.
Chef Magar's extensive background in senior management roles underscores his leadership abilities and unwavering commitment to excellence. Now, as he starts his own company, he is poised to leverage his vast experience to mentor and support other businesses and entrepreneurs. Design F&B Concept, Menu Engineering, Menu Creation, recruitment and training, food safety management, ensuring the food quality, consistency and the quantity of the product, which have to be prepared in the high standard level.
